After learning about the ability to create her own team and help agents grow their businesses across the country, Jessica was hooked by the EXP brokerage model. After just a few short weeks of learning about the emerging online brokerage, she knew she had to be a part of their growth. In August of 2019 Jessica moved her real estate business to EXP Realty and her journey of growing her own team began there.

Jessica now leads a team of agents across the country and dedicates her time to helping them build their ideal real estate businesses. It has created an extra stream of income building more growth towards financial freedom and has also enabled Jessica to teach agents 1:1 without having to charge upfront for coaching.

The Baskies Team hit over $10,000,000 in transaction volume in year 1 and is projected to continue to expand well beyond that with a growing number of Realtor’s learning how to lead generate in their own unique ways.
