Hi, I’m Jessica!
I’m the founder of The Agent Retreat Podcast (formerly known as the Lifestyle by Real Estate Podcast) and The Agent Retreat Team at EXP Realty
I dove into real estate head first just 4 years ago. And upon doing that, I learned a whole lot about real estate in a really short amount of time. Within my first few years of real estate I surrounded myself with mentors, real estate podcasts, brokers, and coaches. Living, eating, and breathing real estate became a lifestyle within itself. And I owe a lot of my success to that.
In the last year I grew my real estate team to 24 agents across the United States while also closing $10,000,000 of sales volume as an individual (and pretty new) agent. I am passionate about helping other agents build their own version of success and I am so grateful to have a platform that allows me to do that
The Agent Retreat Podcast is a great mix of what I’ve learned along the way + what others in this industry are doing behind the scenes. I’ve pursued celebrity brokers as mentors, I’ve paid more money for real estate coaching than I’d ever like to admit, and I’ve surrounded myself with real estate for the last 4 years to learn as much as I can for my business and now yours. The Agent Retreat Podcast is my way of giving back what I’ve learned in the field and from others and I hope you love it as much as our community of listeners do. Welcome home!
